Own Your Game Fitness was founded in 2017 with a strong sporting focus by Melinda Sands, where she spent time running Pre-Season Training Programs on location for local sports people and teams. Sport was the passion but the deeper desire to deliver the principles of balanced athletic training and the mindset of Prepare, Compete, Recover, to general populations has seen the business grow into two new locations, 5 different membership options and a popular Kids and Youth Program. We now have a team of 6 qualified and passionate trainers and teachers with various backgrounds and skill sets, ready to help you.
